At Lodium Pest Controllers and hygiene services, we believe that our clients’ safety as well as that of the entire environment is of the utmost importance. For this reason we ensure that each and every product that we use is accredited by the SABS and safe for the environment in which it is to be used.

To ensure safety and transparency, we provide Material Safety Data Sheets of every product that we use to ensure that our clients are knowledgeable on the implications of our products. We also exercise an open door policy of communication and redress; enabling our clients to freely contact us if they need clarity on any of our products or services to guarantee optimum satisfaction.

In order to ensure that we always adhere to strict standards as set out by the South- African Pest Control Association, we ensure that we only hire experienced and highly qualified Pest Control Operators (PCO) who hold certificates of registration with the Department of Agriculture, forestry and fisheries in terms of the provisions of Act 36 of 1947 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. These highly experienced individuals also hold qualifications of Structural Pest Control Skills Course. Our staff members who do cleaning and garden services are also highly experienced and make use of standard precautions as set out by the company.

Since the outbreak of the covid-19 virus our world has drastically changed. The impact that this pandemic has had on our society and our world has propelled us to look into new strategies on how we can best assist our clients.

We provide deep cleaning services as well as disinfection in keeping the premises of our clients safe, we only utilize chemicals that are SANS approved. We are qualified and certified and upon completion of treatment we issue our clients with a COVID-19 Certificate of building occupancy as well as the Disinfection certificate approved by Mangaung Local Municipality.

Our 8 years of experience in this specific field ensure that we are able to walk the journey with our clients because this is an unpredicted pandemic, we ensure that we keep up to date with new evidence based practises to prevent infections. This has led us to the development of modified sanitation and screening booths which will assist our clients with screening and sanitizing.
